Positive: Very comfortable, spacious and clean cottage. Perfect location to walk the 3 Peaks. The Black Horse pub is pretty much next door and serves delicious food. Very close to Settle.
Negative: Parking was difficult as the space in front of the cottage was never available and we struggled to get parked anywhere when we got back on the Friday evening.
Summary: Spacious cottage ideally located for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks.

Positive: Beautiful location next to the Church and a great pub on your doorstep serving good pub grub and drinks. The cottage is a perfect spot for couples looking for a little weekend getaway. Décor is a little dated but everything worked fine and the log burner kicked out some serious heat!
Negative: The street is tight for parking, lucky if you can squeeze into the spot outside the cottage. The check in time of 17:00hrs is too late, needs looking into.

Negative: Serious problems with poor plumbing in kitchen and bathroom. Water leaking through the ceiling into the lounge. The musty smell was probably due to this being a long standing issue as stains to the ceiling were evident. Fridge and freezer badly maintained.

Positive: The location excellent basic need all catered for. Information booklet was a godsend when trying to work tv and heating
Negative: Bathroom could do with a proper deep clean . Tiles were very dirty. Just aesthetics but didn't detract from our enjoyment of our stay
